I collaborated with Birk, a restaurant specializing in high-quality cuisine prepared on birch coal, to create a distinctive logo that embodies their culinary philosophy. During the creative process, I ventured into birch tree woods on Öland, photographing dozens of trees to capture the essence of their unique identity.

 

The final design reflects their commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and their connection to Öland’s natural elements. This logo has become a central element of Birk’s branding, resonating with their audience and highlighting their dedication to excellence.
